Cake Recipe: chicken coconut

For once I have left out the sweets, although I must admit that the cheesecake that Mauri has had its Wednesday looks good, but unfortunately it led to colleagues at work, as well as not to photograph him, I have not even tasted a piece: (



Today I dabbled in: chicken coconut .


Ingredients - for 4 people:

- 1 chicken

chopped onion - 40 g butter

- 1 packet saffron

1 teaspoon sugar - 1 yellow pepper

- 150 gr grated coconut

- salt


Preparation:


Cut the chicken into pieces regularly. Fry the onion in a saucepan with the butter, add the chicken pieces and let brown over a low flame. Meanwhile, peeled peppers from the seeds and inner white ribs, cut into strips and add the chicken, along with saffron dissolved in warm water and sugar. Add salt and cook for about 40 minutes and ten minutes before removing from heat, pour over chicken grated coconut. Finish cooking on a fire support so that the sauce is thoroughly firmed.



variants are at the discretion and vary depending on the fantasy of the moment. Today, being only two, I used two chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken, halved the rest of the ingredients.
