Trial - the case is set for trial, trial, or has been tried before a judge or jury.
Action - A judge's ruling of merit has been appealed to a higher court.
Phase Composition - Deadline is set for class action States to submit applications with supporting documentation.
Pay-Out - The proceeds are distributed to members of the class.
Rejected - A case can be revoked at any time during the ten stages. This is not really a stage, but the end of the process. This means that the case is closed, at least for now, the actress without receiving any relief.
